Chihuahua Breed Notes 24/01/19
The Our Dogs Top Stud Dog for 2018 has been announced. The l/c top stud dog is Ch Peregrine JP Go With Me and s/c Ch Dachida’s Mr Woo. The top Brood Bitch 2018 for s/c is Leander Just Jane at Ballybroke. There is no clear leader for l/c for top brood.
Manchester Champ show:
Longs were judged by Patrick McDevitt, getting in to the ring after the Fox terriers. DCC and BOB was Nicolas Alarion’s Louis Vuitton De Lisle Au Vert Coteau, RDCC and BP Carol Conquest’s Chihohit Favorite Apollon, BCC Sharon Robson’s Ch Go My Way JP’s Black Cherry (imp), RBCC Tony Allcock’s Garnox Shortbread Kiss For Sleepyhollow and BV Sharon Hughes’ Trefnanney Prudence.
Smooths were judged by Frank Kane: DCC and BOB was Miss L Anderson’s Lumanatii Rolling Thunder, RDCC Carol Davies’ Ch Dachida’s State of Play, BCC Davies, Requena and Llamas’ Gibeltarik Bring Down the House with Dachida’s, RBCC and BV Beverley Sutton’s Lozek Rhapsody In Blue Nikitos and BP Emma Huntley’s Jahneemahs All Eyes On Me.
I don’t have an open show results for you this week.
Over in Ireland, Mary Goode’s Orchestra Da Minha Quinta went BOB at the Irish Gun dog All Breed Open Show.
