My thanks to the Crufts committee for inviting me to judge at this very iconic Show, and my grateful thanks to my stewards who had worked all day, they kept everything flowing very efficiently, and lastly but by no means least the exhibitors without whom there would be no show,
I thank them for their entries and the sporting way all my decisions were accepted. Sadly we were late into the ring as usual but I enjoyed a fantastic day with you and hoped you all enjoyed your day.

Veteran Bitch 3
1st Pearsons’ Nashnall Anjo 12 years fawn/white in lovely condition for any age, so all credit to her owner handler, ideal size, very well put together, her coat colour has faded but the texture is very good, although a bit more coat would have enhanced her outline. Moved out well in tune with her handler.
2nd Boyles’ Ir. Ch. Nashnall Clara Bleyos cw 12’13 10 years white/fawn not so typical as one and little longer cast, she has a very sweet expression and super outgoing personality, correct well muscled shoulder and rear, well ribbed and set tail which never stopped wagging. Moved well with purpose.
3rd Eyles & Judge’s Hema Da Terra De Monttoito De Plushcourt (imp) 10 years smooth dark fawn/white difficult class all different in type with a lot to like about each one, this lady was also in great shape for her age, nice head with moderate neck and forechest, like her balanced outline. 1st Boyles Bleyos Cladich Breanna 17months fawn/white very feminine young lady, typical head with good mobile ears, lovely dark eyes, a little on the fine side for me, but very typey, with good front and rear angles. At the inbetween stage with coat or lack of it at the moment which made her look a bit square when stood. When she settled moved well. Needs time.

Almost threw it away, but got herself together and move well.
2nd Watts’ Almanor Winter Star Dark fawn/white 2years smooth of good type and good overall balance, well laid and muscled shoulder, good forechest, a little extra weight sadly did spoil her outline and neckline, not moving as I know she can today.
3rd Foscoe’s Plushcourt Gabble 2 year old fawn wire young lady of different type, in good coat of nice texture, would like a better lay of shoulder and rear angulation, but she is balanced. Good depth of rib that could be longer. On saying that she is very sound and moved and showed very well today. Well handled
