There were two IKC Championship Shows held in the East of Ireland on Saturday the 30th of June & Sunday the 1st of July – Kilkenny & Diese respectively.
At Kilkenny it was Gillian Stewart’s (Glenalua Pugs) first Green Star Appointment. She awarded the Dog Green Star to Grant-Cooks, Kerronmor Mr T; no Reserve was awarded. In Bitches, the Green Star (and Best of Breed) was awarded to Fisher’s Flash of Joy Innamorata. The Reserve went to Grant-Cook’s CH Kerronmor Diamond in the Sky, CJW17, Jun Ch.
On the second day at Diese, Pugs were judged by Linda Reinhelt Gebaur (Germany). The Dog Green Star went to Stewart’s Felice Benjamin Britten at Glenalua; no Reserve was awarded. The Fishers has another great day, picking up Green Star Bitch, and Best of Breed with Flash of Joy Evolution. The Reserve was awarded to Coogan’s Buzleo L.A Woman.
In England, at Windsor Championship Show, Pugs were judged by Marian Wright, who awarded Arnold-Stronge’s Pugalicious Skywalker at Snugglepug the DCC (his 2nd), and Best of Breed. The RDCC went to Coulter’s young black boy Blacollier Collier Lad.
In Bitches, Attwoods CH Rhodenash Dream Chaser for Taftazini won her 10th CC. The Reserve went to Kirk’s Hattella Orange Blossom.
Best Puppy was awarded to Lewis’s Teaseltail Bonnie Fyre, and Best Veteran went to Hill & Saffer’s CH Ragemma Starbucks JW SHCM. Rutherford’s won Special Beginners with Yorlanders it’s Zeva at Potbelli.
