The Scottish Branch committee agreed to organise Bobbys Day for Sunday 16 June 2019, the day after Border Union Terrier Day.
The Forth Road Bridge walk is being planned for Sunday 1 September, over 30 Skyes attended this event last year.

At Clydebank and District, Rod McLean & James Weir had a good day with Knowlespring Jackpot at Rhoderns winning AVNSC Terrier, Best AVNSC Terrier Puppy, the Puppy Group and the Puppy Stakes under judge Mrs Jill Peak.
Back to back shows were held at the Scottish National Equestrian Centre. At Ladies Kennel Association of Scotland, Mr Ian Prentice (Sanville/Tamrae) judged the terriers and awarded Best AVNSC Terrier and Group 1 to But Beautiful of Morningsky Glorfindel owned by the Late Gail Marshall and handled by Maggie MacDonald-Cross. She then topped this by going Best in Show under Mrs Frances Chapman-King (Inzievar/Strathcarra). The other show was Falkirk & District Canine Association where Mr Brian Foster (Stormpasture) judged and awarded Best of Breed and the Group to Esgia The Exciseman owned by Tommy Pringle.
At Birmingham Gundog and Terrier I had a good day with Verumamicus Aurora of Brakemill winning Best of Breed and Group 1 under judge Mr Mark Cocozza. Best in Show was judged jointly by Mark Cocozza and Becky Johnson who were in agreement in awarding her Best in Show.
We have lost tickets and classes at West of England Ladies’ Kennel Society (WELKS) however there were four Skyes entered in the AVNSC Terrier classes under Mr Tim Ball. Ch Brakemill Barnum SHCM was 2nd in Open Dog and added Res Best Dog not to be outdone by her father Verumamicus Aurora of Brakemill was Best Bitch. Both dogs are owned by myself.
